PLEASE BE AN EASY DAY....PLEASE!

still having chest pain from surgery and moving around all day on sunday was not expected...now mondays are always hectic as well and wondering right now if i can stay put together.......only time will tell

easiest day of work is turning out to be the busiest since i have volunteered to transport in the er tonight but when all said in done...gonna go home and watch some tv with the kitty kats and take a nap! only way to have it better is if there was someone there to watch tv and just relax with :(

sacrificing soda and junk food

i know its only day 1 but man this sucks ....had a sandwich and water at work so far but im sure itll be worth it once i drop some more pounds.

new to the blogging world but giving it a try. work is going good but always slow on the weekend.  thats about it now im on netflix watching shows and playing cribbage with a buddy at work.  Home at 1130pm
